ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN - Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and his rival Abdullah Abdullah, who claimed the elections were rigged, are expected to sign a power-sharing deal Sunday.
The deal will end political turmoil in the country and pave the way for the start of negotiations with the Taliban over the future governance structure in the country.
